This event will take place at the start of our New Year, 2019, a perfect time to reflect on setting and implementing our new intentions for this New Year and releasing what no longer serves us.
Reflect on this New Year and consider what you need to leave behind and what you want to bring into your life in 2019. We will release stagnant energy, awaken dormant energy and shine brightly into the fullness of our new journey in 2019. The aromatherapy meditation and sound bath is a unique experience releasing the Past, connecting all of us to our Now and renewing our own inner light for the Future.
Bathing in the space of sound brings us to a state of peacefulness where we can sense the feeling of our own body transform as the sound does it’s work. There is a sense of levitation, timelessness and bliss that can be experienced, along with a consciousness of detachment, compassion and peace.
A powerful combination of aromatherapeutic oils, from organic brand Amber Blue’s Chakra Essence Aromatherapy line, will be diffused throughout the room to move and balance qi “energy flow” throughout the body.
