Mindful Yoga & Sound Bath
Tara’s classes focus on a variety of vinyasa flows with breath-synchronized movements, while building up to a peak energetic pose. Classes are candle lit, sweat dripping, beat inspiring, zen inducing.
She incorporates meditation into her classes as a chance to pause, be still, steady the mind and create a deep sense of peace. Tara uses the breath as a tool and anchor for focus, mental clarity, and increased energy. Her meditation practice takes you inward to connect deeply to your center. She uses techniques to release stress and negative energy and reconnect to self love.
In this 60 minute yoga & meditation class, Tara will guide you through 30 minutes of mindful asanas, followed by 30 minutes of meditation using the power of sound.
Tara’s Mindful Vinyasa is a slower alternative to her Power Vinyasa. In this flow you will hold poses longer and explore breath to movement on a deeper level. This Mindful Vinyasa flow is a moving meditation that builds strength and allows you to be aware on all levels; mentally, emotionally, physically, and spiritually. The Sound Bath meditation, uses the healing vibrations from instruments including tibetan sound bowls and crystal alchemy singing bowls to reset our body's vibration from stress, disharmony and disease to a relaxed mind, body and spirit.
