Seaside Vinyasa Flow & Sound Bath
This exclusive experience combines a Vinyasa Yoga practice with a Sound Bath. The active asana’s coupled with the healing sound vibrations from tibetan and crystal singing bowls help to relax and heal your mind, body and soul.
In this 120 minute yoga & meditation class, Emily Lawrence will guide you through 60 minutes of a mindful vinyasa flow, followed by Tara Atwood guiding you through 60 minutes of savasana meditation using the power of sound.
Emily’s mindful vinyasa flow focuses on breath-synchronized movements, while building up to a peak energetic pose to prepare the body for a deep meditation. Tara’s extended savasana will incorporate sound meditation as a tool to pause, be still, steady the mind and create a deep sense of peace. She uses the breath as a tool and anchor for focus, mental clarity, and increased energy. Tara’s meditation practice takes you inward to connect deeply to your center. She uses techniques to release stress and negative energy and reconnect to self love.
Bathing in the space of sound brings us to a state of peacefulness where we can sense the feeling of our own body transform as the vibrations of sound and movement does it’s work. There is a sense of levitation, timelessness and bliss that can be experienced, along with a consciousness of detachment, compassion and peace.
A powerful combination of aromatherapeutic oils, from organic brand Amber Blue’s Aromatherapy line, will be diffused throughout the room to move and balance qi “energy flow” throughout the body. The therapeutic essential oils enhance the body’s innate healing capabilities and increases overall wellbeing. The diffusing of Aromatherapy oils relaxes the mind, body and spirit.
After this Yoga + Sound experience you will leave feeling more connected to all that is. Wear comfortable yoga clothes including a sweater as it can get cool during this meditative sound and yoga practice. 60 minutes of Yoga + 60 minutes of Sound.
