To conduct sound sessions, it is vital to have both authentic, effective and harmonized equipment.  Tara's equipment includes both Tibetan Singing Bowls, Crystal Bowls and Pure Quartz Crystal Alchemy  Bowls.

Her Tibetan Bowls range from 200 - 400 years old and contain seven metals and their planetary associations: Gold (Sun), Silver (Moon), Copper (Venus), Iron (Mars), Tin (Jupiter), Mercury/Quicksilver (Mercury) and Lead (Saturn) all of which feature heavily in alchemical symbolism. They have each been hand-selected from Tibet, India and Nepal, and form a harmony when played together. Each bowl has a certain note and frequency that correlates to a particular part of the body (chakra).  Each bowl was handmade by monks with a mantra being recited as each hammer strike formed the bowl.  It is vital to attend Sound Baths where the equipment is authentic, harmonized and properly used.
