Vinyasa Flow -- Heated Description

This heated Vinyasa flow class links various asanas (poses) together in a series of movements that are synchronized with the breath. Emphasis is placed on the breath as you transition in and out of each asanas. Vinyasa yoga results in a cardiovascular workout within your yoga workout as you continuously flow from one movement to another. No two classes are alike; classes are created individually and will be as diverse as the personalities of our instructors!
