This heated yoga class consists of 10 core segments, intertwined in random order throughout the 1-hour class. These segments include: centering, spinal flexion, muscle endurance, sun salutation, balance, abdominal segment, back segment, warrior segment, spinal twist and a final resting segment. Each segment is linked to the next through a vinyasa movement, and each class works on enhance strength, balance, flow and flexibility. No two classes are the same. Every class is individually designed by the instructor. Adding heat provides a little more flexibility within your body as your muscles begin to warm.
